BayWa Sells 17.25-MW Fuerstkogel Wind Farm (Int'l. M&A)
German renewable energy specialist Baywa re GmbH is reporting the sale of the 17.25-MW Fuerstkogel Wind Farm in the Austrian Alps to German insurance company
insurance company advised by Encavis Asset Management AG, part of Encavis AG.
The Fuerstkogel Wind Farm was constructed by BayWa's subsidiary ECOwind utilizing 5 Vestas V126 turbines producing about 45 GWh of power per year.

Baywa Commissions 41MW French Solar Park (Int'l Report)
German renewable energy specialist Baywa re reports the commissioning of a 41 MW solar park near Bordeaux, in southwestern France. The project will generate sufficient power for approximately 20,000 homes.The company is expecting to execute a 20-year PPA for the project's power within the month. Other details have not been released.
The solar park is comprised of four plants utilizing modules from various suppliers, including polycrystalline solar modules from REC, Trina Solar, JA Solar, Astronergy and Talesun, as well as string inverters from Huawei.
